The WORLD’S VERY LARGEST hose pump has got a “SMALL NEW” one

It sounds unbelievable – but nonetheless, Leo Sørensen, the owner and founder of LSM Pumps in Vrå, has once again succeeded in developing a world first – namely a smaller version of the world’s largest linear hose pump.

It is widely known that cattle slurry is difficult to pump and therefore also difficult to calculate pump capacity for when it needs to be pumped over long distances, but after the Fair Oaks project in the USA, we have experienced that it CAN be done, and there is overwhelming interest in this.

LSM Pumps ApS has developed a new linear hose pump for transporting larger fish as an alternative to vacuum pumps.

On Friday, September 17th, LSM Industries A/S received a distinguished visit when Jens Orleman and Morten Kallehauge from Spar Nord and BDO respectively presented the Success Company 2021 award. "I am very proud to receive this award, as it is given to SMEs in Denmark that deliver solid results and high growth year after year," says owner Leo Sørensen.

“The hose pump is one of the best things I have acquired in a long time,” says Carsten Rube. He runs a biogas plant, a farm, and also a machinery station, and he knows what he’s talking about.
